Delete My Account

For the Atomshop app (customers) and the Atombrand app (Atomshop brand partners). Enter your sign-in email and password to permanently delete your account.

In the Atombrand app: More → Delete account.

What is deleted (Atombrand): your name, email, phone and password, your sign-ins on every device, your notifications, and the contact details on your brand partner application. Your brand's products are taken off Atomshop.pk.
Atomshop customers: your account is closed and can no longer sign in.
What is kept: orders, payments and their history, for as long as the law requires for invoices and tax.

Can't sign in? Email atomshoppk@gmail.com from your account's email or phone and we will delete it for you.

This can't be undone. A brand with orders still in progress must deliver or cancel them first.
